Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI Search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities using end-to-end reinforcement learning and automated decision-making.
  • •Enhance LLM-based query understanding for multi-turn conversations, including semantic analysis of queries and documents to improve reasoning-based results.
  • •Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking algorithms and training/optimizing LLMs for answer generation.
