Job Summary

Assist in the photo department by distributing product, sorting and staging items, and ensuring accurate scanning through the processing pipeline. You’ll prepare photo-ready inventory by steaming and prepping units, verify warehouse tickets against product, and support daily processing strategy with Photography management. The role also includes unpacking/scanning transferred units and performing end-of-day floor scans and weekly queue audits in partnership with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Distribute product to the photography team and relevant departments (Authentication, Receiving, Outbound, etc.).
•Ensure product is correctly sorted, staged, and scanned through the pipeline.
•Verify warehouse tickets are accurate and match the product.
•Steam and prep photo-ready product for photographers.
•Perform end-of-day floor scans and weekly queue audits; unpack and scan transferred units.
