Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide behavioral healthcare management to Amae Health patients and monitor and manage care through various treatment modalities as patients recover
  • •Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments and provide ongoing medication management for patients with serious mental illness
  • •Develop individualized treatment plans addressing psychosocial and medical needs that may limit recovery
  • •Provide continuous, regular consultations in person and occasionally virtually as patients navigate recovery
  • •Liaise with patient care teams and collaborate with behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • •Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • •Active, unrestricted California NP license and prescriptive authority in good standing
  • •DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • •A minimum of 2 years working with severe mental illness/outpatient
