Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation systems in stamping presses, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, and safety systems.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring automation failures and implement corrective actions.
•Support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for automation and electrical systems.
•Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize automation systems and reduce downtime.
•Update and maintain technical documentation such as electrical schematics, PLC programs, and machine settings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

•Proficient in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens), robotics (e.g., KUKA), and HMI TIA PORTAL systems.
•Strong understanding of press automation, die protection systems, servo feeds, and transfer systems.
•Familiarity with servo motors, encoders, and industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
