Key Responsibilities

•Manage vendor master data and oversee end-to-end AP, P2P processing.
•Prepare and process payment proposals, including foreign currency payments.
•Perform regular bank reconciliations and coordinate balance sheet reconciliations and provisions.
•Maintain VAT compliance across European and UK entities and assist in year-end financial statements and audit readiness.
•Participate in finance projects to enhance and streamline processes, including AI-driven accounting initiatives and new financial tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or international environment with a focus on AP and VAT.
•Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter qualification (or active willingness to obtain it) strongly preferred.
•Excellent knowledge of per diem and reimbursement regulations across multiple countries.
•Working experience with bookkeeping, including payroll and/or business expenses.
