Analyst, Product Assortment- Hybrid/ Atlanta

Support the Supply Chain team by shaping how the company builds and optimizes product assortment strategy. Partner with merchandising, field/sales, supply chain, and category teams to ensure assortments are correctly reflected in internal systems and to resolve execution gaps. Build and maintain documentation and KPI reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and conduct SKU- and category-level performance reviews to support assortment rationalization and expansion recommendations using data-driven analysis.
