Key Responsibilities

•Analyze clients’ specific risk exposures to establish and implement tailored insurance program strategies, with a focus on executive and financial lines risks.
•Prepare and present renewal proposals and support the team in securing new business.
•Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms and conditions, regarding premiums and breadth of coverage.
•Review and approve documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions and deletions; ensure accuracy in wordings.
•Participate in client and prospect meetings, including presenting technical analyses and coverage recommendations on insurance program structure, and highlight coverage nuances.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with meaningful experience in Directors & Officers (D&O) and related financial lines (e.g., EPL, fiduciary, crime, professional liability).
•Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and negotiating complex insurance contracts and endorsements.
•Possession of a valid RIBO licence or other applicable licence, or a clear intention to obtain it within 3 months of joining.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a high degree of comfort working with detailed legal and contractual language.
