Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze clients’ specific risk exposures to establish and implement tailored insurance program strategies, with a focus on executive and financial lines risks.
  • •Prepare and present renewal proposals and support the team in securing new business.
  • •Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms and conditions, regarding premiums and breadth of coverage.
  • •Review and approve documentation for new contracts, policy changes, additions and deletions; ensure accuracy in wordings.
  • •Participate in client and prospect meetings, including presenting technical analyses and coverage recommendations on insurance program structure, and highlight coverage nuances.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with meaningful experience in Directors & Officers (D&O) and related financial lines (e.g., EPL, fiduciary, crime, professional liability).
  • •Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and negotiating complex insurance contracts and endorsements.
  • •Possession of a valid RIBO licence or other applicable licence, or a clear intention to obtain it within 3 months of joining.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a high degree of comfort working with detailed legal and contractual language.
