2nd Shift Distribution Center Picking Manager

Supervise the picking and outbound shipping team on a 2nd shift schedule in a distribution center, ensuring inventory integrity, accurate documentation, and on-time order fulfillment. Lead hiring, training, and development of hourly associates while enforcing Company compliance and Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements. Drive process improvement and standardization across fulfillment, maintain clean and efficient warehouse operations, and partner with shipping and other departments to support smooth deliveries.
