Field Service Supervisor

Lead a Field Service team to ensure efficient service delivery and strong customer satisfaction. Drive engagement in new market opportunities by deploying teams and partnering closely with an account manager to support sales growth. Supervise service, spot, and project work, identify operational improvements, and improve reporting of operational metrics. Collaborate with the district Senior FSS on financial results, targets, and budgets, mentor future leaders, and close improvement opportunities quickly.
