•Acquire new customers in D-CH and build the network across construction, industry, pharma, data centers, and events.
•Conduct onsite needs analysis and recommend temporary HVAC solutions (heaters, coolers, climate equipment, fans).
•Handle sales and contract execution, including offer creation, price negotiation, rental contracts, and renewals.
•Coordinate closely with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely commissioning and smooth project delivery.
•Manage key accounts with cross-selling and long-term rentals, monitor the market, and maintain CRM data with forecasting and reporting.

•Proven sales competency and a solutions-oriented, proactive approach (including ad-hoc opportunities).
•Fluent German and good English for customer interactions; CH dialect is an advantage; Italian and French are a plus.
•Driver’s license (cat. B) and willingness for field service assignments across German-speaking Switzerland and Tessin.
