Key Responsibilities

•Focus on new business EPS Pursuits, working close to the Business Development team
•Coordinate proposals, business plans, and specifications, and manage operating budgets and contract terms
•Lead engineering kickoff and pursue key customer meetings during pursuit phase
•Monitor project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals
•Schedule IPMT meetings and ensure pursuit deck completion per schedule

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
•Experience creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documents, reports, and proposals, including requirements, design details, and testing procedures
•Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, align members with project goals, and drive progress toward milestones
•Experience in project engineering, preferably in aerospace or defense; PMP certification is preferred
