Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLA.
  • •Investigate, analyze, and log technical incidents/errors, capturing required information for immediate resolution.
  • •Provide second-line support, identify root causes, and coordinate with other teams/clients to extend support.
  • •Execute changes with clear risk identification/mitigation, follow shift handover processes, and perform escalations when needed.
  • •Work with automation teams to optimize effort, support change management and maintenance activities, and may contribute to disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •Certifications relevant to managed services; includes CCNP or equivalent (CCNA in must, CCNP in Security, or PCNSE as good to have).
  • •Ticketing tools knowledge, preferably ServiceNow.
  • •Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Moderate level managed services experience handling cross-technology infrastructure and working with vendors/3rd parties.
