Job Summary

Provide second-line managed services support for cross-technology IT infrastructure, ensuring client systems remain operational and SLAs are met. Proactively monitor queues, resolve incidents and requests, update tickets, investigate errors, and identify root causes. Execute changes with risk mitigation, manage shift handovers and escalations, and support automation efforts. May contribute to projects including disaster recovery testing and maintenance planning, while collaborating across teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLA.
•Investigate, analyze, and log technical incidents/errors, capturing required information for immediate resolution.
•Provide second-line support, identify root causes, and coordinate with other teams/clients to extend support.
•Execute changes with clear risk identification/mitigation, follow shift handover processes, and perform escalations when needed.
•Work with automation teams to optimize effort, support change management and maintenance activities, and may contribute to disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Certifications relevant to managed services; includes CCNP or equivalent (CCNA in must, CCNP in Security, or PCNSE as good to have).
•Ticketing tools knowledge, preferably ServiceNow.
•Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Moderate level managed services experience handling cross-technology infrastructure and working with vendors/3rd parties.
