Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees (e.g., workforce reduction consultation meetings and administrative hearings) and guide separations, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • •Liaise and coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding and audits.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents and process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform, driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
