Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project/improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and new product process support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments, and participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Salary: USD 81,500 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of relevant Process or Equipment engineering experience.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Process or Equipment Engineering experience within Wet or CMP modules (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including 200mm wafer fabrication and yield enhancement techniques (preferred).
