Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate client billing across Northern Trust entities against reporting deadlines.
  • •Set up and maintain client static data, interpreting documented fee arrangements correctly.
  • •Collect fee debtors timely, including generation of payment instructions and banking entries.
  • •Complete accruals as part of month-end close to ensure revenue is accurate and complete.
  • •Work with New Business, Client Services, and Operations to ensure new/terminated business is captured, correctly accrued, and invoiced within timelines, including communicating and escalating billing delays/issues.
