Product Manager, IT

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for internal IT systems and platforms at OpenAI, translating operational workflows and technical constraints into clear roadmaps and requirements. Partner with IT, engineering, security, and compliance to ship scalable, resilient solutions that reduce friction, improve productivity, and deliver seamless employee experiences. Define success metrics and use telemetry, usage insights, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement, with in-office presence in San Francisco (3 days/week).
