Customer Service Delivery Advocate - 4 day work week!

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors while providing a great customer experience as part of Carvana’s Market Operations team. Load and unload vehicles, inspect haulers, and complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and follow CMV Driver Qualification requirements. The role includes set shift hours, requires physical work, and includes onboarding steps like obtaining a Notary and applicable state licenses.
