Key Responsibilities

•Respond to incidents and requests against SLA’s for EUC services and related tasks
•Monitor Service Now dashboards and manage call queues to maintain response times
•Follow processes for EUC, change, service desk interaction, CSOC, and related governance
•Troubleshoot service issues and represent EUC at incident post mortems and change meetings
•Maintain up-to-date technical service documentation and collaborate to improve uptime
