Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safe and compliant maturation, blending, and liquid handling activities aligned with HSE, quality, food safety, excise, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage execution of maturation plans to deliver the right aged rum volumes and profiles for bottling, packaging, bulk dispatch, and future demand.
  • •Monitor maturation performance, liquid movements, sampling, blending readiness, and inventory integrity to protect quality, sensory profile, and consistency.
  • •Coordinate blending preparation, ingredient additions, quality checks, and bulk liquid dispatch to ensure products meet specification and are production-ready.
  • •Partner with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Site Operations to optimize tank capacity, inventory availability, asset reliability, and operational performance; drive continuous improvement and mentor the maturation team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in maturation, blending, distillation, brewing, fermentation, beverage alcohol, food manufacturing, or similar process manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong understanding of liquid handling, process operations, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices in a regulated production environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading operational or shift-based teams while delivering production plans with high safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Technical teams to solve operational challenges.
  • •Experience using production, inventory, and quality data for analytical decision-making and continuous improvement.
