Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive AI agent product planning and design, shaping core capabilities from idea to a usable product experience.
  • •Uncover enterprise users’ needs by distilling pain points through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights.
  • •Build and continuously refine the evaluation system for AI capability sets, product effectiveness, and model performance.
  • •Stay on top of AI application trends and experiment with new approaches to office automation, knowledge management, and content generation.
  • •Iterate product capability and experience using data from real internal usage and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management preferred).
  • •Strong logical thinking and a user-value oriented mindset, able to solve problems from the user perspective.
  • •Clear communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • •A genuine passion for AI products and keeping up with the latest LLM/agent developments.
  • •Relevant internship or project experience building AI products or applications is preferred.
