Provide hands-on People Operations support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, talent development, performance review cycle logistics, and HR operations in Rippling. Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding by posting roles, drafting offer letters, screening candidates, initiating onboarding in the ATS, and troubleshooting automated onboarding tickets.
•Support talent development and performance operations by maintaining competency models and career-path maps, coordinating goal management, and managing performance review communication and completion tracking.
•Coordinate learning and development by assembling role-specific learning content, configuring learning paths in Rippling LMS, and tracking learning program completions and impact.
•Execute day-to-day program coordination and HR operations, including maintaining program documentation and SOPs, administering employer review campaigns and pulse surveys, and managing engagement calendar content.
•Maintain compliance and reporting by auditing agreement signatures, ensuring interview notes and background checks are captured for audit readiness, and preparing talent metrics reports and dashboards using AI.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant HR or recruiting coordination experience, ideally with exposure to learning & development, job architecture, or performance program support.
•Strong knowledge of performance management, career development, and employee experience best practices.
•Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and eagerness to apply them to day-to-day People Ops work while protecting PHI/PII and confidential HR data.
•Comfort working with HR data, metrics, and dashboards (e.g., DOMO, HRIS reporting) to prepare summaries and reports.
•System fluency with ATS/HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
