Translate customer configuration requirements into buildable manufacturing systems by working across cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary interface with Manufacturing Project Managers to coordinate order shipment status and configuration changes between manufacturing and account teams. Own the order fulfillment lifecycle—from forecasting and manufacturing slot requests to booking closure and shipment—while preparing booking checklists and initiating inside lead-time change requests for approvals.
