Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, repair, or replace aircraft electrical/electronic components and systems during manufacture, maintenance, or refurbishing.
  • •Perform function checks of avionics components and systems.
  • •Maintain close coordination with the assigned lead on schedules, priorities, part availability, supplies, tools, and special instructions.
  • •Complete work using blueprints, sketches, vendor/service manuals, and source data to meet specifications including alignment and tolerances.
  • •Assure completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six (6) years of avionics experience in aircraft, preferably rotorcraft.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams and apply standard shop practices for fabrication and repair modifications.
  • •Ability to work from vendor and service manuals and other source data to meet dimensions, alignment, and tolerances.
  • •Use standard and specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment to complete assignments.
  • •Current A&P license is a plus.
