Job Summary

Maintain, repair, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a high-tech fab environment. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and installations, monitor and analyze tool performance data, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will also work with suppliers for service and repairs and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions to equipment and process challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and equipment installation.
•Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze tool-related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address issues.
•Coordinate and communicate with engineering and manufacturing teams across the fab to resolve issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs; prepare technical reports and recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

•Current active-duty military status and eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.
•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible for day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
•Meets one option: technical certificate or associate degree in a relevant field, or 3 years of hands-on technical maintenance work experience.

Education:High School in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Industrial Systems and Controls, Electromechanical Technology, or related field (or equivalent via technical certificate/associate degree)
