Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly operational finance reviews with business leaders, presenting performance, staffing, project updates, forecasts, and actionable analysis.
  • •Assist with annual budget preparation, including cost allocations.
  • •Track and support capital projects, service contracts, software licenses, and consultant agreements.
  • •Manage CIP accounting activities including project setup, tracking, accruals, reclass, and partial completion reviews.
  • •Lead purchase order processing and prepare/review month-end journal entries and support schedules for capital assets and intangibles, including accruals and intercompany recharges.

Key Requirements
