Job Summary

Provide corporate accounting and finance support for a global technology team and the Corporate Division. Lead monthly operational finance reviews, support annual budget preparation and cost allocations, and manage capital project accounting (CIP), fixed assets, depreciation reconciliations, and intercompany-related journal entries. Serve as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders by delivering actionable financial analysis and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly operational finance reviews with business leaders, presenting performance, staffing, project updates, forecasts, and actionable analysis.
•Assist with annual budget preparation, including cost allocations.
•Track and support capital projects, service contracts, software licenses, and consultant agreements.
•Manage CIP accounting activities including project setup, tracking, accruals, reclass, and partial completion reviews.
•Lead purchase order processing and prepare/review month-end journal entries and support schedules for capital assets and intangibles, including accruals and intercompany recharges.
