Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement data storage, transformation, and load capabilities for pipelines.
  • •Continuously enhance the data platform by proposing and managing data handling services based on stakeholder needs.
  • •Establish end-to-end pipelines including data cleaning and modeling.
  • •Develop and deploy connectors to data sources of interest.
  • •Maintain evergreen data flow documentation and collaborate on data governance, security standards, and incident post-mortem recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid software engineering experience focused on cloud-based data engineering pipelines and data storage.
  • •Strong experience building end-to-end ETL/ETLT/ELT pipelines with batch or streaming technologies in Python.
  • •Experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, CloudFormation, S3, CloudWatch, and Lambdas (or equivalents).
  • •Experience with data engineering concepts such as Data Lake and Data Warehouse.
  • •Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
