Job Summary

Lead financial planning, performance management, and commercial insight for Pandora’s UK and Ireland business, reporting to the Finance Director. As the second-in-command and trusted partner to the Finance Director and General Manager, you’ll own budgeting and forecasting, manage month-end performance reviews, and oversee gross margin assumptions. Translate complex data into decision-ready narratives and influence regional and global stakeholders while coaching your FP&A Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted senior finance partner to the Finance Director and General Manager for Pandora British Isles, providing commercial challenge and financial guidance.
•Own month-end performance management and monthly/quarterly reviews for the Global Executive Leadership Team, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
•Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for the British Isles, balancing top-down targets, bottom-up plans, and global requirements.
•Oversee gross margin forecasting and key gross margin assumptions, ensuring analytical soundness and alignment to strategic priorities.
•Lead the financial assessment of pricing changes and partner cross-functionally to improve promotional effectiveness and retail discount discipline, while managing and developing the FP&A Specialist.
