Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions with accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities (fulfilling or referring appropriately).
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to client needs.
