Job Summary

Own financial governance for global technology and digital transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and value realization. Key Responsibilities

•Manage annual budgeting and forecasting, including transitioning between CapEx and OpEx models.
•Oversee capitalization policies for internally developed software and design global cost allocation and recharge mechanisms, while mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years of finance experience in large multinational organizations (preferably FMCG or Retail).
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification such as CMA, CIMA, or ACCA preferred.
•Strong expertise in financial planning, investment appraisal, and business partnering.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
•Proficiency in ERP systems.
