Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide preconstruction support during the project approval phase, including historical cost data and assistance with annual contractor purchase order development.
  • •Manage internal project budget and schedule of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
  • •Manage external project budget and communications using external project management software (including commitment management, change management, and document control).
  • •Own monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, and produce monthly executive reports.
  • •Perform vendor invoice review and accurate accrual reporting, support change order routing, review project financial health with management, and update risk registers/contingency evaluation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
  • •Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
