Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver projects to agreed performance metrics, ensuring seamless integration into the mine’s production cycle.
  • •Manage the local field team, including permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and overall work performance.
  • •Hold customers accountable for deliverables such as resource commitments, machine availability, and site/route/equipment readiness.
  • •Serve as the central communication hub between the customer site and Pronto HQ, escalating blockers and providing regular progress reports.
  • •Lead customer training and manage formal handover of the system to the mine’s operations team.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of direct mining experience and deep comfort working on mine sites with strong safety and production knowledge.
  • •5–10 years in a leadership role (e.g., Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager) managing people and performance.
  • •Proven experience actively participating in technology rollouts (autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems).
  • •Ability to manage mine readiness and influence customer decision-making with operational authority.
  • •A university degree in Mining Engineering is required.
