Job Summary

Lead and coordinate the production of proposals and marketing materials for the Buildings + Places (B+P) Business Line across Canada. Manage proposals from capture through interview, provide content leadership and writing/editing support, facilitate reviews, and ensure compliance with procurement and internal processes within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large proposals and coordinate small to medium proposals across regions or business lines, from capture through to interview stage.
•Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, and production; provide writing/editorial support for resumes and past performance sections.
•Facilitate colour reviews (Pink/Red) and implement revisions based on review team direction; ensure alignment with quality procedures and DOA processes.
•Participate in go/no-go analyses and capture planning activities related to proposal preparation.
•Provide guidance to entry-level proposal team members and perform self-checks prior to submission.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, preparation, or related work in a professional services environment.
•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
•Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) considered an asset.
