Job Summary

Design and ship product features end-to-end for an AI-powered OS serving beauty, wellness, and self-care businesses and consumers. You’ll partner with product managers, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership, translating complex problems into elegant, user-centered interfaces. Take accountability for design quality, build learnings via user research and benchmarking, and help grow the design culture through knowledge sharing and proactive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with product managers, engineering, design, and senior leadership to design and ship features across the product.
•Communicate design vision and present work effectively to key stakeholders.
•Maintain high design quality and contribute to the design team’s culture and growth through knowledge sharing.
•Conduct user research and benchmarking, synthesise learnings, and use feedback/data to inform improvements and use cases.
•Design and prototype interfaces, turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of professional experience in a product design role.
•Exceptional visual and user interface design skills with user-centered design principles.
•Experience working with design systems to build scalable, functional designs.
•Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions for partners and customers.
•Strong communication and execution under tight deadlines, including translating design concepts into production with engineering and leadership.
