Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner directly with the CMO, Chief Growth Officer, and COO to build the retail merchandise plan and translate priorities into forward-looking financial models.
  • •Own FP&A across Merchandise/Retail, Channels & Business Development, and Marketing, tracking weekly performance vs. plan and driving accountability.
  • •Identify key KPIs, build reporting to surface drivers and trends, and drive actions that create measurable value.
  • •Build, develop, and motivate a team of ~5 FP&A managers and analysts, scaling processes and tools as the business grows.
  • •Stay hands-on with data and analysis using SQL, and roll up sleeves in the model, data, or decks when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years in business, finance, or accounting, including 5+ years leading FP&A teams.
  • •Background in retail, ecommerce, or merchandise finance to understand a fast-moving retail P&L.
  • •Experience supporting multiple business lines or P&Ls (retail/merchandise, marketing, and channel/BD) and prioritizing across needs.
  • •Strong SQL skills with demonstrated data self-sufficiency, plus advanced Excel and BI tool experience.
  • •Track record presenting to and influencing C-suite executives, with strong project management and comfort in ambiguity.
