Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver back-end software products and components for ISA, providing technology expertise across design, development, deployment, and automated testing.
  • •Collaborate with product teams and project managers to translate business needs into technical implementations aligned with ISA architectural principles.
  • •Support testing and implementation of technical solutions and review technical documentation, user guides, training manuals, and system specifications for quality and completeness.
  • •Identify technical tools and languages needed for design execution in line with adopted technical and quality standards, ensuring correct UI implementation.
  • •Contribute to technology decision-making, maintain service levels with status reporting, and proactively share knowledge across ISA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •1–2 years of general IT experience in a mid-sized company (development department preferred), with DevOps experience advantageous.
  • •Exposure to heterogeneous technology stacks and strong algorithms skills, including core system configuration and systems testing.
  • •Strong object-oriented programming concepts and solid development skills in one or more popular programming languages, with problem-solving ability.
