Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to multiple Experion subsystems, collaborating with technical leaders and architects to deliver a high-quality product.
  • •Identify and lead productivity improvements and automation initiatives to save time and improve built-in quality.
  • •Design, perform impact analysis, and implement assigned project deliverables within the planned schedule and with good quality.
  • •Stabilize owned subsystems to ensure quality and support frontend customer interactions and third-party vendors.
  • •Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones, grow industrial automation expertise, and help drive performance culture and team development.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of technology-related experience in product/startup companies working on Microsoft technologies.
  • •Strong abstraction, coding, and system design skills with passion for new technology.
  • •Understanding of C/C++, MFC, and object-oriented concepts.
  • •Experience with C#.Net plus WPF and WCF.
  • •Experience debugging and troubleshooting application issues such as memory leaks and crashes.
