Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer domain expertise, product knowledge, and requirements into technical discovery, prototypes, and bespoke AI solutions targeting industry-specific operational pain points.
  • •Drive end-to-end Proof-of-Value execution, delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails and integrating with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks.
  • •Maintain technical and advisory involvement with strategic accounts, ensuring projects stay on track through value, adoption thresholds, and operational transformation outcomes.
  • •Architect and prototype state-of-the-art AI and technical solutions on the Celonis platform and demonstrate business impact to C-suite executives.
  • •Leverage domain specialization to build end-to-end reusable solution methodology and assets to accelerate team time-to-value.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years supporting technical close and PoV execution for AI transformation narratives, including ROI/TCO modeling and executive pitching.
  • •Solid domain and industry expertise in business processes (e.g., supply chain, finance) and the ability to connect operational bottlenecks to AI solutions.
  • •Strong software and data engineering skills: Python, API design, SQL, data integration, and ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems (LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, prompt engineering, or agentic patterns for enterprise workflows).
  • •Experience with production ML/LLMOps and model lifecycle management across cloud services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI), including identity/access and data governance/security basics.
