Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise producers on building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, farm sanitation, and flock management.
  • •Monitor bird comfort and health, providing remedies when possible and documenting bird comfort.
  • •Monitor feed consumption, order feed when necessary, and pull blood and fat samples on time when required.
  • •Coordinate chick placements to farms and help with catch schedules when required.
