Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise multiple managers and lead the store team to support customer and associate experience and achieve growth goals.
  • •Coach/train managers to meet customer service, operational, and visual merchandising standards.
  • •Drive sales performance by modeling sales, setting goals, continuously coaching, and meeting or exceeding store targets.
  • •Manage recruiting, selection, supervision, evaluation, and retention of top talent; provide leadership through operational excellence.
  • •Oversee loss prevention, inventory control, safety/security, payroll management, and physical inventory counts; recommend replenishment and merchandise to drive sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or 9+ years combined college education and work experience substitution).
