Job Summary

Support the Special Sales team with 360° customer management, including contract signing documentation, certifications and customer materials, and CCP alignment. Help with delivery planning and monthly/quarterly financial closure through proformas, invoices, payments, transport and customs coordination, and vehicle/warehouse tracking. Monitor worldwide auctions for racing and sports cars, and assist the Speedform projects by checking crates and coordinating updates with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Support 360° customer management pre- and post-meeting, including contract signing, archiving, CCP alignment, and managing certifications and materials.
•Assist delivery planning and monthly/quarterly financial closure, including financial/logistical planning, proformas and invoices, payments, and transport/customs organization.
•Track vehicles and warehouses to support delivery and closure activities.
•Perform worldwide auction monitoring for Special Sales, including racing and sports cars (Icons, Limited and Special series).
•Support Speedform projects by checking crates and coordinating supplier updates for production and possible delivery for shipment to the end customer.

Key Requirements

•Recent Master graduate, current Master student eligible for internship, or in the final year of a Master program in Economics, Digital Marketing, or Management Engineering.
•First work experience through internships or projects in automotive or luxury sectors.
•Capability to think analytically, be target-oriented and structured, with attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills, ability to listen and reason in-depth, and confidence working independently and in a team.
•Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and fluent English.
