Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and draft environmental permitting applications within Massachusetts environmental regulatory programs.
  • •Apply knowledge of Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act Regulations (310 CMR 10:00) and related programs (USACE 404/10 and 401 WQC).
  • •Work with MADEP Ch.91 and MEPA programs and support the permitting process.
  • •Conduct or support wetlands/wildlife field ecology components as part of the role.
  • •Support energy projects and infrastructure improvement programs for state, private sector, and federal clients as part of the EPP team.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Ecology, Environmental Science, Biology, or related field plus 6+ years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Environmental permitting experience required, including wetlands experience in Massachusetts.
  • •Strong ability to prepare permit applications within Massachusetts and related environmental regulatory programs.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.
