Implement TPM and Kaizen, manage spare parts and documentation, and support upgrades, commissioning, and compliant operation within safety and OHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment.
•Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial control systems.
•Maintain maintenance and reliability of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and instrumentation equipment.
•Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
•Implement predictive maintenance techniques (thermal imaging, energy analysis) and manage spare parts, documentation, and compliance with electrical safety and OHS requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an accredited university.
•Minimum of three years of relevant maintenance engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
•Proven experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems, with familiarity with Siemens or Allen-Bradley platforms preferred.
•Strong knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, and industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus).
•Working knowledge of TPM principles and ISO 9001 quality management systems; strong Turkish and English communication skills.
