Job Summary

Lead high-level project delivery for mid-level and multi-concurrent Power Delivery/Utility projects, overseeing technical, administrative, commercial, and financial performance across the full project lifecycle. Manage cross-functional teams, develop proposals, schedules, resource plans, WBS, and QA/QC reviews, and drive margin analysis, risk contingencies, and project reporting. Ensure client satisfaction, safety, compliance, and closeout through lessons learned and coordination with project accounting, procurement, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to execute Power Delivery/Utility projects, including budgets, expenses, deliverables, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
•Lead proposal development, including cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans; develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
•Establish and drive technical review levels and ensure adherence to QA/QC plans, including documentation and disposition of review comments.
•Maintain project initiation/setup documentation (e.g., Risk/REF-RMP, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan) and facilitate project kick-off meetings.
•Manage budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost/change management, client communications, AR/unbilled revenue monitoring, and formal project closeout with lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related field, or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm.
•Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the Power Delivery/Utility industry.
•Proficient understanding of project delivery process in Power Delivery, including strong project management background and experience.
•Proficiency with technical writing and PM tools, including advanced use of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint).
