Job Summary

Lead and manage large, complex engineering projects for a Power Delivery Project Management business unit, driving day-to-day execution and P&L performance. Own regional project delivery practices, business plan planning, KPIs, and client outcomes while mentoring new PMs and overseeing employee reviews. Coordinate with EPC partners, manage recruiting and retention, support rate/contract negotiations, and ensure delegation-of-authority compliance across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day activities, P&L, and project execution for large and complex engineering projects across the U.S.
•Act as an approver throughout the project life cycle per RDOA and project delivery procedures.
•Oversee monthly project reviews with PMs, ensuring performance requirements are met and mitigation plans are executed.
•Prepare and execute the PM business unit business plan, including financial and strategic KPI performance.
•Recruit, retain, and mentor PM staff; conduct employee reviews and support leadership succession planning for the region.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
•15+ years of project management experience.
•10+ years of proven experience in team management, recruiting, and mentoring.

•Established client relationships and experience leading large projects with various delivery models.
