Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines by translating high-level requirements into structured aircraft modification plans.
  • •Develop, track, and manage program enablers; coordinate stakeholders and translate complex updates into business-friendly terms.
  • •Proactively identify technical roadblocks and dependencies, and create contingency plans to keep delivery schedules on track.
  • •Manage subcontractors by tracking deliverables, costs, and schedule adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Oversee cabin retrofits by creating retrofit engineering drawings, specifying parts kits, supporting certification planning, and resolving technical queries during/after delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautic/Civil/Electrical) plus 3+ years engineering experience, or a Master’s degree plus 2+ years engineering experience.
  • •Authorized to work in the US.
  • •Exposure to project or program engineering methodologies and in-depth knowledge of project management frameworks.
  • •Ability to create, interpret, and review designs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., CATIA).
  • •Understanding of Service Bulletin processes and ability to read, interpret, and cross-reference SBs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and modification requirements.
