Job Summary

Lead delivery of safe, efficient and compliant building services across multiple leisure sites. Manage planned maintenance, statutory inspections and reactive repairs, supervise technical teams and subcontractors, oversee pool plant operations, diagnose faults quickly, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards to improve reliability, energy efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory inspections, and reactive repairs across building services systems and plant.
•Supervise technical colleagues and specialist subcontractors, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant delivery of all works.
•Oversee swimming pool plant operations, monitoring water quality and ensuring systems meet required standards.
•Respond to faults and breakdowns, diagnosing issues quickly and minimising disruption to operations.
•Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and environmental requirements, providing technical guidance to site teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 31,907 annually

•A recognised technical or trade qualification with strong hands-on experience in building services or engineering.

•Confidence using computer-aided maintenance or asset management systems.
