Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and/or independently manage end-to-end payroll processing across assigned APAC markets, including allowances, deductions, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and leave adjustments.
  • •Validate payroll data and gross-to-net calculations, review statutory deductions, and complete payroll runs in line with payroll calendars, cut-off timelines, controls, and SOPs.
  • •Perform payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, manage off-cycle payroll activities, and ensure timely resolution and escalation.
  • •Maintain payroll documentation and records for tax, contributions, year-end reporting, employment termination, and audit/data privacy requirements.
  • •Provide payroll guidance to employees and stakeholders, collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Treasury, and payroll providers, and support payroll transformation, implementations, UAT, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of relevant payroll experience (more experience may be considered for Senior Specialist).
  • •Experience in payroll operations in a shared services, regional, or multinational environment.
  • •Working knowledge of payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and payroll controls.
  • •Experience supporting APAC payroll markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, or Hong Kong.
