Job Summary

Lead the independent design and development of electronic hardware for industrial fluid control products, including electric actuators. Own subsystem-level work across the full lifecycle—schematics, component selection, PCB layout, tolerance stack-up, prototype bring-up, and functional and performance validation. Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC, safety, and environmental requirements while collaborating with firmware, mechanical, test teams, and external partners. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical reviews and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently design and develop electronic hardware for industrial applications such as electric actuators.
•Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits including microcontroller systems, sensor interfaces, power supplies, and signal conditioning.
•Lead schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, tolerance stack-up, and routing considerations.
•Perform prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional/performance validation, resolving hardware issues during development and testing.
•Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC, safety, and environmental requirements; collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test teams and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•BE / equivalent in Industrial Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication with 8 to 12 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
•Strong hands-on analog and digital circuit design experience.
•Proven experience with microcontroller-based designs, sensor interfacing, ADCs/DACs, and low-noise signal conditioning.
•Good understanding of control electronics, signal integrity, grounding, and isolation techniques.
•Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, or USB.
