Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end solution architecture across Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced for opportunity, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, and revenue lifecycle processes.
  • •Design agent orchestration patterns (tool/function calling, workflow delegation, multi-agent patterns) with state management and memory.
  • •Architect integration of Agentforce with Salesforce automation (Apex, Flow, APIs), MuleSoft, and external enterprise services using resilient, transactional patterns.
  • •Define AI evaluation frameworks and observability across reasoning paths, actions, integration failures, token/credit usage, and operational performance, including guardrails and least-privilege access.
  • •Lead architecture reviews and technical governance across global delivery teams and mentor technical architects, developers, and Agentforce specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud architecture and 15+ years overall technology experience.
  • •Proven experience architecting enterprise CPQ / Quote-to-Cash implementations.
  • •Strong knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce concepts, agent orchestration, multi-agent patterns, and state/memory management.
  • •Experience with Salesforce development and integrations using Apex, Lightning Platform, Flow, APIs, and MuleSoft (preferred).
  • •Ability to communicate architectural decisions to engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.
