Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end structuring of investment products, including fund design, documentation approvals, and regulatory submission
  • •Coordinate across internal teams and external counsel to deliver legally-compliant, market-relevant products
  • •Drive efficiency in the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with internal governance frameworks and external regulations
  • •Act as central coordinator across all product development phases, from idea generation to regulatory filing
  • •Manage the engagement process with Legal, Compliance, and Islamic advisory (if applicable) to secure sign-offs and documentation approvals
